Dubai Week in China
Held in Beijing in May 2015, the seven-day event celebrated Dubai’s thriving relationship with China and the unprecedented opportunities it presents across business, tourism, culture and lifestyle. Initiated by Falcon, in cooperation with the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC), Dubai Week in China provided more than 15,000 visitors - from government officials, business and thought leaders to members of the public - the chance to gain a deeper understanding of the emirate. The unified voice of event partners - DIFC, DTCM, Emirates, Dubai Expo 2020, Jafza, Jumeirah and KHDA – brought Dubai’s story, from humble fishing village to global city of opportunity, to life, while themed evenings and thought leadership sessions engaged and connected business communities.
Her Excellency Reem Al Hashimy, UAE Minister of State and Honorary President of Falcon and Associates, and Madame Li Xiaolin, President of the CPAFFC, delivered opening addresses at the welcome reception.
